摘要
针对压形盖的制件结构及生产加工要求,在分析其冲压加工工艺的基础上,设计了落料—拉伸—冲孔—挤边复合模。生产实践证明,制订的方案及模具设计能满足制件的质量及加工要求,有效地提高制件的生产效率。
According to the structure and the requirement of production of the pressing cover,on the basis of the analysis of the stamping process, designed the compound die of blanking-drawing-punching-extruding, The production practice have certificated that he formulation of the scheme and the die design can meet the requirements in quality and processing of parts and improve the production efficiency of parts effectively.
