一种型腔尺寸连续可变的薄壁塑件注射模设计

摘要 传统的注射成型模具通过更换镶块来实现型腔尺寸的变化,而更换镶块需要拆卸模具,使得操作繁琐、生产周期延长、模具制造成本增加,并且该种方式很难实现型腔尺寸的连续可变。为了解决以上难题,本文创新性提出运用T型滑块带动型腔滑板移动来实现型腔尺寸的连续可变,并设计完成型腔尺寸连续可变的薄壁塑件注射成型模具。运用所设计的模具进行注射成型实验,实验结果达到设计预期。 The traditional injection molds change the cavity size by replacing cavity inserts.But in order to replace cavity inserts, we should remove the mold.And if we do like that,the production cycle will be extened and the cost will be increased.Besides it is difficult to get continuous variable cavity size. With the purpose of resolving the difficulties above, we use movable slider to get continuous variable cavity size. In the end we completed the design of the thin-walled plastic parts injection mold with continuous variable cavity size and did the injection molding shot experiments by the mold above.The experimental results met the design expectation.
