分析了采用镦挤工艺生产自行车中轴的特点,并对自行车中轴镦挤工艺进行了工艺分析,计算了坯料尺寸及镦挤力,介绍了毛坯的润滑处理方法及镦挤模具结构设计。

This paper analyzed the characteristics of the cold forging-extruding process for bicycle mid-axle production, and analyzed this process,calculated the size of semifinished product and cold forging-extruding force, introduced the lubrication treatment method of semifinished product and the structure design of the cold forging-extruding die.
