摘要
通过对发动机左悬置安装支架精度波动的调研,介绍了其精度波动的原因及分析思路,重点分析了RPS在整车开发中的重要性,遵循RPS设定原则及传承性有效提升了整车A类元素的精度,对整车精度管控有一定的借鉴意义。
Through the engine left engine mounting bracket precision fluctuations research,introduces the reason and analysis methods of precision fluctuations, analyzed the importance of RPS in vehicle development, follow the principle of RPS set and reproductivity effectively improve the precision of vehicle class A element, the precision of vehicle control has certain reference significance.
