摘要
针对模具钢的市场需求,沙钢研制开发了模具钢S35GH。在热处理工序,通过工艺摸索,热处理车间先后采取了热轧+回火、正火+回火及淬火+回火等工艺,最终确定了120mm厚S35GH批量生产的热处理工艺,同时对其他厚度规格的生产具有指导意义。
According to the market demand on die mold steel,the Sha-steel developed the die mold steel S35GH.Through the process of exploration,the hot rolling ＋ tempering and normalizing ＋ tempering and quenching ＋ tempering process is adopted by heat-treating department one after another.
