摘要
讨论了钢样离线测定氧氮含量时取样和制样对分析结果的影响。从现场取样、氧氮棒切割位置、氧氮棒表面处理方式以及分析结果的认定等方面加以讨论。实验结果表明,熔体取样做定氧分析时,提桶样的均匀性好于饼状样;定氮分析时,两者的分析结果相差不大;提桶样纵向偏心切割而成的氧氮棒,其均匀性好于径向切割和过中心切割的氧氮棒;油污对氧分析结果影响很大,对氮分析结果无影响;在避免样品沾染油污汗渍的情况下,乙醇和丙酮的清洗效果相差不大。由于大型夹杂物分布的偶然性,在分析结果认定时中不予考虑。
The contents of oxygen and nitrogen in steel have detrimental effect on steel product quality,so it is important to determinate the content of oxygen and nitrogen in steel exactly for Steel Mill and relevant scientific research department. Instrument and sample all affect the accuracy of determination. The effects of sample preparation and sampling methods on oxygen and nitrogen analysis results for off-line determination is investigated such as style of getting spot sample,positon of making sample stick,surface treatment,results handle and so on. It is show that block-shaped sample is better than disk-shaped sample for detecting oxygen and they are same for detecting nitrogen,eccentric cutting is better than radial cutting and centric cutting,oil dirt affects oxygen detecting result and has nothing to do with nitrogen detecting results,when avoiding sample polluted by oil ethyl alcohol cleaning effect is equal to acetone,special large data is not taken into account because of accidently occasion of large size non-metallic inclusions.
