摘要
火灾探测器性能评估实验平台是对火灾探测器综合性能进行评价的重要设备。经济型火灾探测器性能评估实验平台由实验管道、下位机和上位机组成。实验管道是环形通风管道,采用开闭结合的方法设计,分为模拟段和测试段两部分。下位机主要控制轴流风机、加热器、加湿器和加尘器的大小,并采集温湿度传感器、风速传感器的值。上位机对整个实验平台进行监控,并实现数据存储,提供人机界面。该实验平台不但可以模拟火灾和非火灾时的环境,完成火灾探测器综合性能评估,而且价格便宜,成本缩小到数十分之一,使普通用户对火灾探测器性能评估成为可能。
Fire detector is a device to detect and find the fire. The performance of the fire detector directly affects the accuracy of the whole fire alarm system. The experimental platform is the important equipment for evaluating the comprehensive performance of fire detectors. However,the prices of traditional experimental platform are very high,so that ordinary users can not afford. The design of economic experimental platform includes the experimental pipeline,the upper computer and lower machine. The experimental pipeline is a ventilating duct,which is designed by the open method and close method and includes the simulation section and the test section. The secondary computer controls axial flow fan,heater,humidifier etc. and obtains values of temperature and humidity sensor and wind speed sensor. The host computer monitors the whole experiment platform and stores the data and provides the man-machine interface. It not only can simulate fire and no fire environment to complete comprehensive performance evaluation of fire detectors,but also its price is cheap and the ordinary user can afford.
