Design and Application of Experiment Booking System in University Laboratories

结合中心的实际情况,从验室管理的不同角度进行预约系统的分析与设计,制作出了适合不同实验对象的开放型实验预约系统,合理、有效的利用学院各功能实验室的各种资源平台,更好地满足了实验操作者的各种需求,同时系统中附加的工作量计算功能,大大提高了实验室管理人员的工作效率,实现了实验室的网络化、自动化和数字化管理。系统测试后,经过1年多的正式运行,在各方应用人员及管理人员的不断修补与改进,系统功能更加完善,目前运行情况良好。

Based on the horticultural laboratory of Northwest AF University,an opening experimental booking system was constructed and analyzed. The system can be suitable to different experimental operators and laboratory management. In order to utilize laboratory effectively, bring convenience to experimental operators, networking,automatic and digitizing laboratory management was realized. It improves work efficiency of laboratory managers. More than a year,the opening experimental booking system work well and is more perfected by users and managers.
