摘要
我国高校实验室管理中一直重视制度建设,实行科学管理。随着社会经济的发展,文化的重要性越来越突出,硬性的科学管理已不适应当今时代对于管理的要求,需要以文化为主导,将科学管理与文化结合起来,形成新的管理模式—文化管理。文化管理是一种柔性管理,它以文化为基础,以人为根本,通过建立组织成员共同认可的价值观和道德规范,形成良好的工作氛围,激发员工的主动性、创造性,在实现组织成员个人价值的同时实现组织的最终目标。论述了实验室实施文化管理的意义、实施文化管理的途径。
The university laboratory management in our country always attaches importance to the system construction,and scientific management. With the development of social economy,the importance of culture is becoming more and more prominent,rigid scientific management has not adapt to the requirements of the modern era for the management.Culture as the leading factor,combining scientific management and culture,is forming a new management pattern,i.e.,cultural management. Culture management is a kind of flexible management. It is based on culture and human,members of the organization through the establishment of a common recognition of the value outlook and moral norms,to form a good working atmosphere,inspire the staff's initiative and creativity. Its ultimate goal is to realize the value of every member and the organization. This paper discusses the implement of the culture management in laboratory and the way of carrying out the cultural management.
