摘要 ATE电源监控单元容易出现漏电故障,如果不及时排除漏电故障,将导致电源监控设备的绝缘击穿等问题。设计并实现了一种ATE电源监控单元中的漏电检测传感设备,该设备由微处理器、无线通信模块、信号采集和处理模块等模块组成。微处理器由ATmega128L处理器和CC2420无线通信模块等构成,可采集电源监控单元的漏电故障信息、检测传感节点的位置信息,并将信息反馈到用户终端进行管理。采用近似三角形内点测试法完成ATE电源监控单位的漏电点定位。实验结果表明,所设计设备漏电检测性能高,可满足电源保护的需求。 The ATE power monitoring unit is easily to appear the leakage fault. If the leakage fault isn't eliminated in time,it will result in the insulation breakdown of the power monitoring device. A leakage detecting and sensing device in ATE power monitoring unit was designed and implemented,which is composed of microprocessor,wireless communication module,signal acquisition module,processing module,etc. The microprocessor is composed of ATmega128 L processor and CC2420 wireless communication module,which can collect the leakage fault information of the power monitoring unit,detect the location information of the sensing node,and feed the information to the user terminal for management. The method of subtriangular interiorpoint test is used to locate the leakage point of the ATE power monitoring unit. The experimental results indicate that the leakage detection performance of the designed device is high,and can meet the demand for power protection.
