Beyond冷光美白技术治疗氟斑牙不同方案疗效探讨

Exploration of different clinical whitening procedures for dental fluorosis bleaching

目的探讨Beyond冷光美白技术治疗氟斑牙不同方案的临床疗效。方法根据不同治疗方案,将研究对象随机分为3组,A组(祛氟剂+冷光美白)37例、B组(微打磨+祛氟剂+冷光美白)41例,C组(微打磨+冷光美白)35例,收集患者相关临床资料,对应用效果进行对比分析和评价。结果不同方案治疗患者临床疗效、色阶变化以及再着色率差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);牙齿敏感情况差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论冷光美白联合祛氟剂和微打磨技术治疗氟斑牙效果显著,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the application effect of different clinical whitening procedure for dental fluorosis bleaching.Methods According to different clinical procedures,patients were randomly divided into three groups： A group（ fluoride removal agent plus Beyond cold light bleaching） including 37 cases,B group（ microbrasion and Fluoride removal agent plus Beyond cold light bleaching） including 41 cases and C group（ microbrasion plus Beyond cold light bleaching） including 35 cases.Information related to therapy was collected and the application effect of different whitening procedure was analyzed. Results There were significant differences among three group cases in the clinical efficacy,the shade value improvement and re-coloring rate（ all P〈0. 05）; The tooth sensitivity was not significantly different（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion The whitening procedure of microbrasion and fluoride removal agent plus Beyond cold light bleaching is effective for dental fluorosis bleaching. It deserves further dissemination.
