个性化护理干预在出血热治疗中的应用效果分析

Evaluation on the effect of personalized nursing intervention for the treatment of epidemic hemorrhagic fever

目的探讨个性化护理干预在流行性出血热治疗中的应用效果。方法选流行性出血热患者41例,随机分为干预组(22例)和对照组(19例)。在对症支持治疗基础上,对照组采用常规护理;干预组给予个性化护理干预。结果两组病例平均住院时间、并发症发生率、焦虑自评量表(SAS)平均得分及护理满意度差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论个性化护理干预可缩短住院时间、较少并发症、改善焦虑状况、提高患者满意度,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the effect of personalized nursing intervention for the treatment of epidemic hemorrhagic fever.Methods The 41 cases with epidemic hemorrhagic fever were randomly divided into two groups. The cases in control group underwent routine nursing. The ones in intervention group were treated by personalized nursing intervention. All cases received treatment by symptomatic supportive treatment. Results There were significant differences between two groups in length of hospital stay,frequency of complication,scale scores and satisfaction by statistical analysis（ all P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The personalized intervention is effective for the treatment of epidemic hemohagic fever. It is helpful to shorten length of hospital stay,reduce frequency of complication,increase satisfaction and improve anxiety. It deserves further dissemination.
