摘要
为提高锤片有筛粉碎机粉碎效率,国内外饲料科技工作者都进行了长期的研究和试验。并对粉碎机的结构做了大量的改进,大多措施仅能提高粉碎效率在5%,15%。要较大幅度地提高,采用定锤减速挡块、开刃锤片和筛面振动配上良好吸风等结构和技术,每项结构的改进均能提高粉碎效率在20%~25%以上。如将所有技术组合配套使用,其粉碎效率可提高到100%。只有把多种有效的技术组合配套使用,具有叠加效应,才能获得最佳的提高粉碎效果。并获得节能、低碳、环保技术新措施,使现有的锤片有筛粉碎机性能获得较大的飞跃,使锤片有筛粉碎机获得新的生命力。
To improve grinding efficiency for hammer mill with screen, both domestic and international institution have did long-term research and experiment, making huge amount of improvements, howev- er most of the improvements only improved grinding efficiency around 5%~15%. In order to achieve greater improvement, Stationary Hammer, Edged Hammer, Vibrating Screen technology combined with improved pneumatic system are applied, every technology improved on grinding efficiency over 20%~ 25%. If these technologies are combined and applied together, grinding efficiency can be improved up to 100%. Through the use of a variety of effective technical combination with the superposition effect, the best grinding efficiency can be achieved. Energy conservation, low carbon, environmental protec- tion can be obtained, the traditional hammer mill will have great performance breakthrough and obtain new vitality.
