固态发酵芦笋老茎生产反刍动物饲料培养基的优化研究 被引量:1

摘要 利用青霉(Penieilliumsp.)F-5、暗孢毛壳(Chaetomiumatrosporum)F-21和曲霉(Aspergil-lus sD.)F-25复合菌种对芦笋老茎生料培养基进行固态发酵生产反刍动物饲料,通过单因素试验、正交试验对培养基进行优化。单因素试验结果表明,芦笋老茎生料培养基最佳含水量为65%,最佳氮源及含量为4%的(NH4)2SO4,麸皮为最适辅料,主料与辅料的最佳比例为87%:11%。在单因素试验基础上,选择含水量、麸皮含量、(NH4)2SO4。含量进行了L9(3^4)正交试验,正交试验结果表明,芦笋老茎生料培养基最佳配方为:芦笋老茎89%、麸皮9%、(NH4)2SO-2%、含水量62%,自然pH值。 Using Penicillium F-5, Chaetomium atrosporum F-21 and Aspergillus F-25 composite strain of old stems of asparagus raw culture based solid state fermentation to produce feed for ruminant animal, by single factor test, orthogonal experiment to optimize the media. The single factor experimental resuits showed that the 65% was the optimal moisture content, 4% of (NH4)2SO4 was the best nitrogen source, bran was the most suitable auxiliary material, the ratio of 81%:17% of the main material to the auxiliary, material was proved to be the best in single factor experiments. The orthogonal experimental results showed that the optimal culture medium were as follows: asparagus old stem of 89%, bran of 9%, (NH4)2SO4 of 2%, moisture content of 62%, natural pH.
