“石氏伤科膝骨关节炎特色诊疗方案”的临床优效性研究

Clinic Research on Knee Osteoarthritis Treatment Based on Shi's Unique Knee Osteoarthritis Therapy

目的：验证＂石氏伤科膝骨关节炎特色诊疗方案＂对比传统膝骨关节炎诊疗方案的临床优效性。方法：采用非同期对照的研究方法,对2007年至2013年在本院就诊的,年龄为44～71岁的,确诊为膝关节骨关节炎的183例患者进行回顾性研究,采用WOMAC量表积分的前后差值改变情况评定标准评定＂石氏伤科膝骨关节炎特色诊疗方案＂对比传统膝骨关节炎诊疗方案的临床优效性。结果：两组患者在经过选择不同的治疗方案并按照方案实施治疗后,＂石氏伤科膝骨关节炎特色诊疗方案＂组WOMAC评分差值在疼痛积分、功能积分以及总分上都明显优于传统治疗组,而在僵硬积分上两组的差异不明显。结论：骨关节炎疾病病程缠绵、病理复杂,单一治疗往往未能尽全功,有必要根据个体特点,综合选择有限度的合理治法,争取疗效的最大化。＂石氏伤科膝骨关节炎特色诊疗方案＂对比传统膝骨关节炎诊疗方案具临床优效性。

Objective：To observe the curative effect of Shi＇s unique knee osteoarthritis therapy.Methods：According to the ways of history control research,183 patients who were diagnosed to be knee osteoarthritis were studied,aged 44to71 years old,from Shuguang hospital in shanghai.After treating either by Shi＇s unique knee osteoarthritis therapy or by traditional therapy for 4weeks,the difference of WOMAC scores from two groups were compared to assess the curative effect.Results：Shi＇s unique knee osteoarthritis therapy group was superior to the traditional group in WOMAC total score,pain score and functional score,but not in stiff score.Conclusion：Osteoarthritis is a complicated disease,and it is hard to get full curative effect by single therapy.Shi＇s unique knee osteoarthritis therapy is a complex one,and it is superior to the traditional therapy.
