热针治疗肾虚寒凝型膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Hot Needle for Treating Knee Osteoarthritis of Kidney Deficiency Cold Type

目的:观察热针治疗肾虚寒凝型膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将80例入组患者随机分为热针组和电针组,观察治疗前、治疗3周后及治疗3个月后随访WOMAC量表评分及VAS评分。结果:WOMAC量表评分显示2组治疗均有效,治疗3周后热针组综合评分及疼痛、躯体功能评分均明显优于电针组(P<0.01),疼痛、僵硬、躯体功能评分较治疗前有显著差异(P<0.01),治疗3个月后随访热针组综合评分及疼痛、躯体功能评分明显优于电针组(P<0.01),僵硬评分优于电针组(P<0.05),疼痛、僵硬、躯体功能评分较治疗前有显著差异(P<0.01);VAS评分显示治疗3周后2组治疗方法与治疗前相比均能显著缓解患者膝关节疼痛(P<0.01),2组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗3个月后随访2组较治疗前差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),热针组评分优于电针组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:热针对肾虚寒凝型膝骨性关节炎具有显著治疗作用,尤其在止痛和改善躯体功能障碍方面更为明显。

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of hot needle for treating the knee osteoarthritis patients of kidney deficiency and cold type.Methods：Eighty patients were randomly divided into hot needle and electronic needle groups,40 cases in each group.WOMAC and VAS scales were observed at baseline,3weeks after treatment,and 3-months followup.Results：WOMAC scale confirmed improvements of both methods.Three weeks after treatment,the overall functioning score,pain score,and somatic function score in the patients of hot needle group were superior to the electronic needle group（P〈0.01）and baseline level（P〈0.01）.Three months after treatment,the overall functioning score,pain score,and stiffness score in the patients of hot needle group were superior to the electronic needle group（P〈0.05）and baseline level（P 0.01）.VAS scale showed that both methods could significantly reduced the pain（P〈0.01）.However,there were no significant difference between two treatment methods（P〉0.05）.At 3-month follow-up,the VAS scale of hot needle group was superior to the electronic needle group（P〈0.05）Conclusion：Hot needle is effective for treating knee osteoarthritis of kidney deficiency and cold type,especially in reducing pain and improving physical functioning.
