联合检测BNP、cTnI在急性心肌梗死中的临床意义

Clinical significance of combined detection of serum natriuretic peptide and troponin Ⅰ in patients with acute myocardial infarction

目的研究急性心肌梗死患者联合检测血清钠尿肽(BNP)、肌钙蛋白I(c Tn I)的临床意义。方法选取2013年6月至2014年6月急诊收治的急性胸痛、发病至入院时间3 h以内的患者共130例为研究对象,依照急性心肌梗死的诊断标准分为观察组(急性心肌梗死组)和对照组(非急性心肌梗死组),急诊检测两组患者血清BNP和c Tn I水平,并对比单独检测和联合检测的敏感性及特异性。结果观察组血清BNP和c Tn I水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两项指标联合检测在敏感性和特异性方面均优于单独检测。结论急性心肌梗死患者应早确诊早治疗,一般患者在发病3 h内血清BNP和c Tn I显著上升,对两项指标进行联合检测敏感性特异性较高,是诊断急性心肌梗死的良好指标。

Objective To investigate the clinical significance of combined detection of serum natriuretic peptide （BNP）and troponin I（cTnI） in patients with acute myocardial infarction. Methods From June 2013 to June 2014, a total of 130 emergency patients with acute chest pain, within 3 h of onset to admission time were selected as the research objects. According to the diagnostic criteria for acute myocardial infarction, the patients were divided into observation group （acute myocardial infarction group） and control group（ non-acute myocardial infarction group）. The serum BNP and cTnI levels were detected in emergency, and the sensitivity and specificity were compared. Results The serum BNP and cTnI levels were higher in observation group than those in the control group（P 〈 0. 05）. Two indicators combined detection in terms of sensitivity and specificity were better than single detection. Conclusion Patients with acute myocardial infarction should be given early diagnosis and treatment, the serum BNP and cTnI will increase significantly within 3 h of onset, the sensitivity and specificity is higher in the two indicators for joint detection, is a good indicator for acute myocardial infarction.
