西甲硅油乳剂在结肠镜检查肠道准备中的应用

Application of simethicone in intestinal preparation of colonoscopy

目的观察西甲硅油在结肠镜检查肠道准备中的应用效果。方法将160例接受结肠镜检查患者随机分为四组,每组40例。观察1组和对照1组用复方聚乙二醇电解质散清洁肠道,观察2组和对照2组用甘露醇清洁肠道,两观察组加用西甲硅油乳剂。观察四组患者清肠效果。结果两观察组肠道清洁率为93.75%,两对照组肠道清洁率为91.25%,差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。两对照组肠道泡沫达到Ⅰ、Ⅱ级为56.25%,两观察组肠道祛泡效果达到Ⅰ、Ⅱ级为92.5%。对照组与观察组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均未发生严重不良反应。结论无论采用何种清洁肠道方法,应用西甲硅油能有效消除肠腔内的泡沫,提高视野清晰度,有利于内窥镜医生的操作,提高大肠疾病的诊治率。

Objective To observe the application effect of simethicone in intestinal preparation of colonoscopy. Methods One hundred and sixty patients of colonoseopy were randomly divided into four groups, with 40 cases in each group. Used polyethylene glycol-electrolyte powder to clean the intestine for observation group 1 and control group 1 ; used mannitol to clean the intestine for observation group 2 and control group 2, and added simethieone in the two observation groups. The clean- ing effect of four groups were observed. Results The intestinal cleaning rate of two observation groups was 93.75 % while that of two control groups was 91.25% , there was no significant difference （P 〉 0.05 ）. To reach the de-foaming rate of level I and Ⅱ, the effect of two control groups was 56. 25% while that of two observation groups was 92. 5% , the difference was statistical signif- icance （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. There was no severe side effect for the two groups. Conclusion Whichever approach to adopt to clean the intestine, adding simethicone can effectively eliminate the foams in the intestine, improve the visuality which benefits the endos- copy and increase the treatment rate of colorectal diseases.
