超声诊断胎儿畸形的临床分析

Clinical analysis of ultrasonic diagnosis of fetal malformation

目的分析采用超声诊断胎儿畸形的临床效果。方法选取2013年7月至2015年7月深圳市光明新区中心医院收治的经过引产或分娩后证实为胎儿畸形的孕妇120例,回顾性分析其临床基本资料及超声检测的相关资料。分析对比超声诊断胎儿畸形的临床效果。结果经过分析观察,超声诊断出胎儿各类畸形115例,诊断符合率为95.8%。结论采用超声诊断可有效地检测出各类胎儿畸形,以便及时采取相关措施,降低畸形胎儿的出生率,提高新生儿的质量,值得在临床诊断进行中推广使用。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of ultrasound in the diagnosis of fetal malformation. Methods From July 2013 to July 2015, 120 cases of pregnant women who were confirmed to be fetal malformation after induced labor or delivery, and the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. The clinical effect of uhrasound in the diagnosis of fetus were analyzed. Re- sults After analysis and observation, 115 cases of fetal malformation were diagnosis by ultrasonic, the diagnostic accuracy was 95.8%. Conclusion Ultrasonic diagnosis can effectively detect all kinds of fetal malformations, so that timely to take measures to reduce the birth rate of abnormal fetus, improve the quality of newborn, it is worth promoting in clinical diagnosis.
