摘要 面对飞机上测试环境和测试要求的改变,力参数的实验室测试校准方法已无法满足当下的要求,根据力传感器原理,研究出一种新的测试方法能够实现驾驶驶杆(盘)力参数的现场校准。文章首先对驾驶杆(盘)力现场联机测试校准进行了需求分析,找出了其中的关键点和难点,最后采用了通过飞机驾驶杆(盘)专用夹具对标准力传感器和驾驶杆(盘)同时施加拉压力、同时进行数据采集的方法。得到试验结果,两个参数的精度都优于1%,能够满足测试需求,从而论证了该测试方法的可行性和正确性。 In the face of the test environment and requirement change on the plane,laboratory testing calibration method of the force parameter has been unable to meet the requirement of the present.According to the principle of force sensor,developed a new test method that can realize field calibration of the airplane stick(helm)force parameters.This article firstly has carried on the demand analysis of the airplane stick(helm)force field on-line testing calibration and finds out the key points and difficulties.Finally,we adopt this method which applies pull and pressure at the same time on the standard force sensor and the airplane stick(helm)by the special fixture,and at the same time for data acquisition.Getting the test results,the precision of the two parameters are better than 1%.It can meet the test requirements,and demonstrates the feasibility and correctness of the test method.
