肾康注射液与前列地尔注射液联合治疗慢性肾脏病的疗效观察

Observation on Efficacy of Shenkang Injection Combined with Alprostadil Injection in Treatment of Chronic Kidney Disease

目的:探讨肾康注射液与前列地尔注射液联合治疗慢性肾脏病的疗效及安全性。方法:纳入2013年6月—2015年6月收治的慢性肾脏病患者112例,以随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各56例。对照组患者应用常规方法对症治疗,观察组患者在对照组常规治疗的基础上应用肾康注射液与前列地尔注射液联合治疗,观察2组患者的临床疗效及不良反应。结果:观察组患者的治疗总有效率为91.07%(51/56),明显高于对照组的28.57%(16/56),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者均未见明显不良反应;治疗后,观察组患者的血肌酐、血尿素氮、内生肌酐清除率、血清胱抑素C水平均明显优于治疗前,且明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肾康注射液与前列地尔注射液联合治疗慢性肾脏病的疗效较好,不良反应发生率较低,值得推广。

OBJECTIVE： To probe into the efficacy and safety of shenkang injection combined with alprostadil injection in treatment of chronic kidney disease. METHODS： 112 patients with chronic kidney disease admitted from Jun. 2013 to Jun. 2015 were selected to be divided into observation group and control group via the random number table,with 56 cases in each. The control group were treated with conventional symptomatic treatment,while theobservation group additionally received shenkang injection combined with alprostadil injection based on the control group. The clinical efficacy and adverse drug reactions were observed between two group of patients. RESULTS： The total effective rate of observation group was 91. 07%（ 51 /56）,higher than that of control group[28. 57%（ 16 /56） ],with statistically significant difference（P〈0. 05）. There were no obvious adverse drug reactions in two groups. After treatment,the levels of serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen,endogenous creatinine clearance rate,cystatin C of observation group were better than those of before treatment,and significantly better than those of the control group,with statistically significant difference（P〈0. 05）. CONCLUSIONS： The efficacy of shenkang injection combined with alprostadil injection in treatment of chronic kidney disease is significant with low incidence of adverse drug reactions. It is worthy of promotion and application.
