药师科普宣教进社区活动及效果评价分析

Effect Evaluation and Analysis on “Public Science Education in Residents”Activity by Clinical Pharmacists

目的:普及安全用药常识,了解社区居民的用药习惯,为药师有针对性地开展科普宣教提供参考。方法:与北京市通州区食品药品监督局合作,一起参与"惠民安全用药进社区"的宣讲活动,分别在宣教前(A卷)、宣教后(B卷)对居民的用药习惯等进行调研,评估宣教前、后居民对合理用药认识的效果。结果:经过历时2年,对28家社区及村镇居民进行宣教,惠及1 502人,参与调查问卷的有1 492人,结果回收有效问卷2 750份(1 375人);96.9%的居民认为培训后有收获,98.4%的居民愿意接受社区大讲堂的传播方式。宣教后居民对药物知识知晓的正确率较宣教前提高了36.8%,由宣教前的46.2%上升到83.0%(P<0.01)。结论:社区居民在合理用药上有了一定认识,但仍存在不足,药学科普宣教需向基层倾斜。科普宣教产生了积极的影响,增强了安全用药意识,减少了不良用药习惯,得到了居民的认可。

OBJECTIVE： To popularize the general knowledge of safe medication and investigate the medication habits of residents,so as to provide reference for the targeted public science education by clinical pharmacists. METHODS： In cooperation with Beijing Tongzhou Drug Administration,the ＂public science education in residents＂activity by clinical pharmacists was carried out,the clinical pharmacists investigate the medication habits of residents through before education（ paper A） and after education（ paper B）,and then the effects of general knowledge of rational drug use in residents before and after education were evaluated. RESULTS： The education spread 28 communities and villages and small towns residents and last for 2 years,which benefiting 1 502 people. 1 492 people had participated in the questionnaires,and a total of2 750 valid questionnaires（ 1 375 people） were collected. 96. 9% of residents agreed this activity has its effects on improving knowledge of drug use,98. 4% of residents would like to accept this form of activity for medical knowledge. After education,the awareness rate of knowledge of rational drug use improved by 36. 8%,from 46. 2% before education to83. 0%（P〈0. 01）. CONCLUSIONS： The awareness rate of knowledge of rational drug use in residents had been improved to some extent,but still in a relatively low range,the medication education service shall continue to aim at basic residents.Meanwhile,the education has positive effects,which strengthen the medication knowledge in residents,reduce improper medication habits,and has been recognized by most of the residents.
