Adopting TRIZ and 6σ Theory to Construct the Standard Rate Indicator System

针对联网通用以来跨行跨地区转接交易中存在的隐患,运用TRIZ和6σ理论,根据经验值寻找并确定隐患范围,使用真实数据校验隐患范围是否正确,确定的隐患范围精细分析造成隐患的原因,由此形成判断交易是否符合规范的规范率指标体系,并运用指标率体系解决不规范交易问题,从而极大地提升交易的成功率。

This paper adopts TRIZ and 6σ theory to resolve problems in successful transactions. At first, we find and confirm the problem scope according to our experiences, then check the problem scope true or false with real transaction data, at last analysis and confirm problem reasons and construct the standard rate. The result is that the standard rate indicator system can resolve those problems and improve the transaction success rate.
