利用微信平台加强中青年血液透析患者体质量增长管理的护理效果观察

Effect assessment for improving the management of body quality growth in young and middle-aged patients with maintenance hemodialysis by We Chat platform

目的探讨通过微信平台对中青年维持性血液透析患者透析间期体质量增长的影响。方法选取2014年8~11月80例中青年维持性血液透析患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组由透析护士在透析期间进行口头宣教、并将宣教内容以纸质形式发给患者供其自行阅读。观察组在此常规宣教基础上,由主管护师利用微信平台实施为期3个月的透析间期健康宣教。比较透析间期两组患者的体质量增加相对值及液体摄入依从性的差异。结果通过微信平台进行健康宣教,2个月末观察组和对照组体质量增加相对值分别为（5.69±1.11）%和（6.24±1.02）%（P〈0.05）,宣教至3个月末时两组差异有高度统计学意义（P〈0.01）;依从性好的比率在2个月末观察组和对照组分别为60%（24/40）和27.5%（11/40）（P〈0.05）,至3个月末依从性好的比率分别为87.5%（35/40）和30.0%（12/40）（P〈0.05）。结论利用微信平台在透析间期进行健康宣教,能有效管理中青年维持性血液透析患者透析间期体质量增长,提高患者液体摄入的依从性。

Objective To investigate the effect of We Chat platform to body quality growth in young and middle-aged patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis.Methods Eighty patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis in our hospital were enrolled from August to November 2014,and randomly considered as control group and observation group.Forty patients as control group were received normal health education delivered by the nurses during dialysis,including a leaflet and oral information.Forty patients as observation group were received more information about hemodialysis from responsible nurses through We Chat platform including the normal health education of control group for three months.The percentage of interdialytic weight gain（PIDWG） and compliance of fluids intake for patients were compared between the two groups.Results The PIDWG was more significantly decreased in the observation group（5.69±1.11）% than the control group（6.24±1.02）%（P〈0.05） after two months.And there was significant difference of PIDWG between the two groups（P〈0.01）.The ratio of compliance of fluids intake for patients was 60%（24/40） in the observation group and 27.5%（11/40）in the control group after two months（P〈0.05）.After 3 months,the ratio was87.5%（35/40） and 30.0%（12/40）,respectively（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Health education is performed for patients by We Chat platform during their dialysises,which can effectively manage the body quality growth in young and middleaged patients during maintenance hemodialysis and improve their compliance of fluid intake
