综合护理对腹腔镜下胆囊切除+胆总管切开取石术患者并发症的影响

Effect of comprehensive nursing on complications of laparoscopic chole-cystectomy plus choledocholithotomy

目的探讨综合护理对腹腔镜下胆囊切除+胆总管切开取石术患者并发症的影响。方法选取在我院择期行腹腔镜下胆囊切除+胆总管切开取石术的92例患者的临床资料,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各46例;对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组实施综合护理,比较两组患者术后并发症情况。结果观察组患者术后并发症的发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者的护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论胆囊切除+胆总管切开取石术通过综合护理干预,有效减少患者术后并发症,缩短患者康复时间,提高患者术后的生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To discuss the effect of comprehensive nursing on complications of laparoscopic cholecystectomy plus choledocholithotomy.Methods Clinical data of 92 patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy plus choledocholithotomy in our hospital were Collected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,each with46 cases.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing,while patients in the observation group were given comprehensive nursing.Incidence rates of postoperative complications were compared.Results The incidence rate of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than in the control group（P〈0.05）.The nursing satisfac tion in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing in patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy plus choledocholithotomy can effectively reduce incidence of complications,shorten recovery time,and improve life quality of patients,which is worthy to be promoted.
