不同胃管置入长度对急性胰腺炎患者恢复效果的影响观察

Observation of influences of different stomach tube indwelling lengths on rehabilitation effects of patients with acute pancreatitis

目的分析不同胃管置入长度对急性胰腺炎患者恢复效果的影响。方法选择2015年2~10月我院住院部收治的急性胰腺炎患者作为研究对象,共66例。随机数字表法分为对照组、观察组各33例。两组患者确诊为急性胰腺炎后均实施对症治疗。对照组患者胃肠减压期间采用常规方法置入胃管,观察组患者胃肠减压期间增加胃管置入长度。比较两组患者不同胃管置入长度下在液体引出量以及恢复情况方面的差异。结果观察组患者平均液体引出量显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组腹部疼痛症状缓解时间为（24.5±2.5）h,血清淀粉酶恢复正常时间为（3.2±0.6）d,胃管留置时间为（4.2±0.8）d,住院时间为（6.5±0.6）d,均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论急性胰腺炎患者置入胃管期间适当增加置入长度并配合护理干预,可有效提高液体引出量,短期内缓解腹部疼痛症状,促进血清淀粉酶恢复,缩短胃管留置时间以及住院时间,对加速患者康复有积极作用,可供临床参考并推广。

Objective To analyze the influences of different stomach tube indwelling lengths on the rehabilitation effects of patients with acute pancreatitis.Methods A total of 66 patients with acute pancreatitis treated in the inpatient department of our hospital from February to October 2015 were selected as the study subjects and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 33 patients in each group.Two patients were given symptomatic treatment after they were diagnosed with acute pancreatitis.In the control group,the conventional method was used to place gastric tube during the gastrointestinal decompression period,and in the observation group,the gastric tube indwelling length was increased during the gastrointestinal decompression period.The liquid extraction amount and rehabilitation situation of the two groups of patients under different gastric tube indwelling lengths were compared.Results The observation group was significantly higher than the control group in the average liquid extraction amount（P〈0.05）,with statistically significant difference.In the observation group,abdominal pain remission time was（24.5±2.5） hours,serum amylase returning to normal time was（3.2 ± 0.6） days,gastric tube indwelling time was（4.2±0.8） days and length of hospital stay was（6.5±0.6） days,which were all significantly lower than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences（P〈0.05）.Conclusion For patients with acute pancreatitis,appropriate increase of indwelling length during gastric tube indwelling period combined with nursing intervention can effectively improve liquid extraction amount,relieve abdominal pain symptom in short term,promote serum amylase rehabilitation and shorten gastric tube indwelling time,which has positive effect on accelerating patient rehabilitation and is of clinical reference and promotion value.
