脑卒中吞咽障碍患者的早期康复护理

Early rehabilitation nursing for patients with dysphagia after stroke

目的 研究脑卒中吞咽障碍患者的早期康复护理措施。方法 选择2014年4月～2015年9月在我院入院治疗的68例脑卒中患者,采用系统的早期康复护理措施,内容包括心理护理、基础训练、摄食训练,训练4周后评估疗效。结果 68例患者经早期康复护理之后,治愈、有效、无效例数分别为42、18、8例,治疗有效率88.2%。洼田氏饮食试验结果显示,早期康复护理干预后,患者吞咽障碍得到有效的改善,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 对于脑卒中吞咽障碍患者,采用系统的康复干预护理措施,可以有效改善患者的预后,该种干预措施值得在临床中推广和使用。

Objective To study the early rehabilitation nursing measures for patients with dysphagia after stroke. Methods From April 2014 to September 2015, 68 cases of cerebral apoplexy patients were chose and taken the system of early rehabilitation nursing measures, including psychological nursing, basic training, feeding training several aspects, after four weeks of training, the therapeutic effect was evaluated. Results 68 cases of patients with early rehabilitation care, the cure, effective, ineffective cases were 42, 18, 8, the treatment effective rate of 88.2%. Watian diet test results showed that early rehabilitation nursing intervention, can effectively improve the patients with dysphagia, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion For patients with dysphagia, the system of rehabilitation intervention nursing measures can effectively improve the prognosis of patients, the kind of intervention is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
