过敏性皮肤病患者血清食入性和吸入性过敏原特异性IgE结果分析 被引量:12

Analysis of serum food intake and inhaled allergen specific IgE in patients with allergic skin diseases

摘要 目的探讨过敏性皮肤病患者血清食人性和吸入性过敏原特异性IgE结果。方法选取我院2015年1月~2016年1月收治的101例过敏性皮肤病患者和非过敏性皮肤病患者,随机数字表法分为两组:实验组51例患者作为过敏性皮肤病组,采用酶联免疫吸附试验(Enzyme—Linked Immunosorbent Assays,ELISA)检测其血清总IgE和几种吸入性以及食人性过敏原特异性IgE;对照组50例患者作为非过敏性皮病组,采用与实验组相同方法、相同指标进行检测。对比两组结果。结果实验组血清总IgE水平显著高于对照组(P〈0.05);实验组食人性过敏原IsE抗体阳性率显著高于对照组(P〈0.05);实验组吸入性过敏原IgE抗体阳性率显著高于对照组(19〈0.05)。结论血清总IsE和过敏原特异性IgE能够准确地引导病患生活,降低其阳性率,减轻痛苦,同时对确定过敏原、诊断该病、治疗甚至预防该病有着重要作用,也为以后的脱敏根治性治疗打下基础。 Objective To investigate the serum fresh and inhaled allergen specific IgE in patients with allergic skin diseases. Methods Randomly selected in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 treated 101 cases of patients with allergic skin disease and non allergic skin disease patients were divided into two groups, the experimental group of 51 patients as a group of allergic skin diseases by enzyme linked Immunosorbent Assays (Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assays,ELISA)detection of serum total IgE and several inhalation and ingestion of allergen specific IgE. Control group, 50 cases of patients as a non allergic skin disease group, the same method with the experimental group, the same indicators were detected. The results were compared between two groups. Results The total serum IgE level in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P〈0.05). The positive rate of IgE antibody in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P〈0.05).The positive rate of IgE antibody in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the Control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion Serum total IgE and allergen specific IgE can accurately guide disease suffering from life, reduce the positive rate, relieve pain, and to determine the allergens, the diagnosis of the disease, treatment and prevention of the disease has an important role, also for the future of desensitization radical treatment to lay the foundation.
