皮肤解毒汤治疗血虚风燥型慢性湿疹临床研究

Clinical study on Pifujiedu decoction in the treatment of blood deficiency and wind dryness type chronic eczema

目的观察皮肤解毒汤治疗血虚风燥型慢性湿疹的临床疗效。方法将2014年3月-2015年12月符合诊断标准和纳入标准的60例患者分为治疗组30例和对照组30例；治疗组中药皮肤解毒汤内服合药膏外用，对照组以氯雷他定合药膏外用。治疗3周，每周为1个疗程。观察两组的疗效和复发情况。结果经三个疗程治疗。统计学分析显示，治疗组疗效优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；两组随访复发情况差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论中药内服能快速缓解慢性湿疹患者的皮损症状，降低慢性湿疹的复发率，临床运用未发现不良反应，值得临床推广运用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Pifujiedu decoction in the treatment of blood deficiency and wind dryness type chronic eczema. Methods The 60 patients from March 2014 to December 2015 were divided into two groups according to the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria, 30 cases were in the treatment group,the other cases were in the control group. The treatment group accepted Chinese herbal medicine Pifujiedu decoction and oint- ment, the control group cases were treated with Loratadine and the same ointment of the treatment group. After three weeks, a course of treatment per week, the curative effect and recurrence of the two groups were observed. Results Af- ter three courses of treatment, statistical analysis showed the outcome of treatment group was better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05） ; follow-up of the recurrence, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine can quickly relieve symptoms of skin lesions of chronic eczema, reduce the recurrence rate of chronic eczema, clinical application has not found ad- verse reactions, it is worthy of clinical application.
