从边缘人到“经济精英”的转型——对浙东GM村乡村混混生存机制的考察

The Transformation from the Marginalized Men to“The Economic Elites”——An Investigation of the Village Hooligans' Living Strategies in an Eastern Zhejiang

社会主义新农村建设,在增加农民经济收入、丰富农村文化生活和推进中国现代化进程方面发挥了巨大作用,但也面临诸多问题和挑战。"乡村灰色化"就是其中一个重要问题。由于相关法律制度的不健全,以乡村混混为主体的"乡村灰色化"现象十分严重。乡村混混群体运用灰色手段攫取大量国家建设性资源,迅速完成从村庄边缘人物到村庄经济精英的转变。乡村混混"精英化"的转变,给村庄的道德秩序造成巨大的冲击,同时也在一定程度上加重了基层治理的"内卷化"。如何遏制"农村灰色化"、防止国家建设性资源流失、推进新农村建设、重建乡村秩序,在当下显得尤为迫切。

The＂Graying＂of rural society is an important issue during the construction of country areas.As the main body of a＂gray society＂,village hooligans illegally occupy large amounts of national resources,and swiftly achieve the transition from marginalized people to wealthy men due to the imperfect laws and regulations.The transformation of village hooligans significantly crashes the traditional moral system and leads to the＂Involution＂of country society.Hence,it is urgent to solve the＂gray society＂issue,enhance the construction of villages and rebuild the order of rural areas at present.
