民间私怨的化解困境及对策

Plight of Resolving Folk Private Resentment and Its Countermeasures

民间私怨是个体在人际交往过程中,一方对另一方有了不满而又难以直接告诉对方或者告诉对方也于事无补时所产生的一种不满情绪。具有情感投入深,互动频次高;原因复杂,时间周期长;冲突具有累积性的特点。这种不满情绪长期积累很容易演变为灭门案。民间私怨的化解存在如下困境:社会支持系统缺乏;文化传统造就的情绪;传统社会权威的缺失;基层政府组织职能有限;民间调解的缺失。因此,通过加强家庭的社会功能;重建农村社会贤达;重建民间调解组织;将社会工作引入基层社会管理等举措来重建新的乡村社会秩序,能够有效地化解冲突,避免灭门惨案的发生。

Folk private resentment is a sort of discontent feeling emerging from inter-personal interaction,when one person has dissatisfaction but is difficult to tell another or telling other person does not help to resolve problems.It has some characteristics,such as deep emotional engagement,highly frequent interaction,complex causes,long period of time and cumulative conflicts.Cumulative discontent feelings for a long-term can easily evolve into the case of slain.Dilemmas to resolve folk private resentment are analyzed,including the lack of social support system,special habits created by cultural traditions,the lack of traditional social authority,limited functions of grassroots governmental organizations and the lack of mediation organizations.To deal with these dilemmas,countermeasures,such as strengthening the social functions of family,rebuilding community leaders in rural areas,the reconstruction of civil mediation organizations,introducing social work to grass-roots social management,are proposed by this paper to rebuild the new rural social order and establish rural social safety valve,so as to in time avoid the case of slain.
