摘要
祈使句是交际者人际意义体现的主要手段。法庭话语祈使句体现了法官在法庭话语中的绝对权威和权力。从语法层面研究法庭话语中祈使句的使用及其体现的人际意义特点,可以揭示法庭话语参与者间的不同身份地位和权势关系:法官和其他庭审参与者不同类别祈使句的使用体现了话语使用者权力、地位的不平等;审判阶段祈使句使用分布差异体现了话语使用者话语权的不平等;法庭话语中祈使句称谓语的使用体现了交际者间的权力和距离关系。
Imperative sentences are the main means of interpersonal meaning reflection.Imperative sentences in courtroom discourse reflect the judge's absolute authority and power.The courtroom participants' different status and power relations can be revealed by the combination of grammar and its reflection on the interpersonal meaning.Firstly,different types of imperative sentences used by judges and other courtroom participants show the inequality of them in the power and status.Secondly,the different distribution of imperative sentences in the trial stages indicates users' unequal discourse power.Thirdly,the use of appellation in the courtroom discourse reflects different power and distance relation among courtroom participants.
