山西省旅游景区突发事件预警机制研究

Emergency Pre-Warning Mechanism of Scenic Spots in Shanxi Province

近年来,旅游安全形势不容乐观,为了降低突发事件的概率,各景区加强了预警机制建设。经实地考查和问卷调查可知,山西省旅游景区的突发事件以管理事件、社会安全事件居多。针对目前景区的预警机制现状,各景区应该有针对性地建设预警机制,除了建立旅游安全监管信息系统、加强基础设施建设,更应选择恰当的预警指标,关注周边居民心理承载力;提升景区工作人员能力和素养;疏通景区多头管理的状况。

The travel security situation in Shanxi province is not optimistic in recent years.Every scenic spot has strengthened the pre-warning mechanism in order to reduce the probability of emergency.Results of field investigation and questionnaire in several famous scenic spots of Shanxi province show that most emergency events are caused by problems in management and social security.Considering the current situation of pre-warning mechanism in scenic spots,it is necessary to make the pre-warning mechanism focus on certain targets.In addition to the establishment of the safety information supervision system of tourism and the infrastructure construction,more appropriate warning indicators should be chosen and surrounding residents＇ psychological bearing capacity should be taken into account.Furthermore,the staff ability of scenic spots should be promoted and the situation of bull management should be mediated.
