摘要
长春金融高等专科学校在人才培养方面与金融企业进行了深入探讨与广泛实践。通过基于商业银行业务工作过程的项目导向课程设计、"双师"结构教学团队构建、校内外实习实训基地建设、创新人才培养模式,实现学生向职业人的蜕变,在人才培养各方面进行了积极的探索与实践,取得了一定的成效。
In the aspect of talent training, Changchun Finance College, and the financial enterprise have carried on the thorough discussion and the widespread practice. Through the construction based on the working process of the commercial banking business of project oriented curriculum design, "double teacher" teaching team, inside and outside the school internship training base construction and innovative talent training mode, to achieve student to metamorphosis of professional people, in personnel training the actively explore and practice, the formation of a certain effect.
