摘要
环流的存在是模块化多电平变换器(MMC)的一种重要现象。分析了环流谐波产生前的电路初始状态,指出电路初始状态中的谐波电压是环流谐波生成的原始因素。在此基础上,提出通过对消引起环流谐波原始谐波电压来抑制环流谐波的思想,根据该思想,提出了抑制由输出电流产生的环流谐波的开环控制策略。为分析策略的有效性,提出了环流控制的一种通用等效模型。实验研究证实了所提策略正确性。
There are circulating between bridges of the modular multilevel converter(MMC) which is an important phe- nomenon of the MMC.The initial state of the circuit before the harmonic circulating is analyzed, and it is found that the harmonic voltage existing in the circuit is the primary factor of the circulating harmonic producing.Based on which, an idea is proposed that the harmonic circulating can be suppressed by cancelling the primary voltage produc- ing the harmonic circulating.Using this idea an open-loop control harmonic circulating suppressing strategy is present- ed.In order to value the strategy, a universal equivalent model of the circulating current control is presented.The ex- perimental results verify validity of the mentioned strategy.
