摘要
在应用空间矢量调制的基础上,为实现变频器的更高性能和满足特定应用要求,可采用不连续调制方式,因此需对其特性进行深入研究。在此详细分析了低压变频器中边缘调制和平顶调制的特点,运用不连续调制的谐波分析方法以及调制方式与电压获得率关系等理论,研究了其对提高输出电压、降低输出谐波的影响以及调制方式切换过程和切换后变频器运行性能变化。结果表明经过优化的不连续调制应在适当的输出频率区间使用,可有效提高变频器输出电压5%,同时降低开关损耗且符合谐波要求。
In order to achieve better performance of frequency converter and meet the requirements of specific applica- tions,the discontinuous pulse width modulation (DPWM) can be introduced.Therefore the features of DPWM is stud- ied deeply.The characteristics of pulse-edge modulation (PEM) and flattop modulation are detailed analyzed.It is studied for these 2 modulations that the effect of improving output voltage and reducing output harmonics as well as the oper- ation performance change during and after the switchover between different modulations with the theory of harmonics analysis and correlation between modulation and voltage gain in DPWM.The result shows the optimized DPWM should be applied in certain frequency range.The output voltage of converter can be increased 5% while reducing switching loss and compliance with request of harmonies.
