摘要
设计了一种基于西门子S7-200系列的CPU 226可编程控制器(PLC)的机械手。机械手的运动包括伸缩运动,上下运动,旋转运动及工件的夹紧和放松八个动作过程。为满足生产要求,机械手的工作方式分为单操作、步进操作、单周期操作和连续操作4种。在实际生产过程中利用上述操作完成了两个工作台之间的工件搬运,具有稳定性强、精度高、小型化的优点。
Design a based on Siemens S7-200 CPU 226 can be programmable controller(PLC)manipulator. The movement of the manipulator comprises telescopic movement,movement,rotation and workpiece clamping and relax eight action process. In order to meet the requirements of production,mechanical hand divided into single operation,step-by-step operation,single cycle operation and continuous operation of four. In the actual production process using the operation completed two workbench between workpiece handling,with strong stability,high precision,miniaturization of the advantages.
