支原体感染性尿道炎病原体检测及药敏分析

Pathogen detection and drug susceptibility analysis to urethritis infection of mycoplasma

目的探讨支原体感染性尿道炎病原体检测及药敏分析。方法对皮肤性病科门诊就诊疑似非淋菌性尿道炎(NGU)患者200例和健康体检的志愿者240例进行支原体的培养和药敏分析。结果⑴患者组200例NGU患者,检出支原体阳性为121例,阳性率60.5%,其中解脲支原体(UU)阳性率为41.0%;对照组支原体阳性率为61.25%,UU阳性率为52.50%,对照组支原体阳性率高于患者组,但两组样本中UU、人型支原体(MH)、UU+MH阳性比较无明显统计学差异(P>0.05)。⑵患者组支原体对10种抗生素耐药率均高于对照组,其中患者组耐药率以红霉素(60.33%)和环丙沙星(53.72%)居前两位,耐药率明显高于其它药物。结论 NGU患者组和正常人组支原体检出率无明显差异;患者组支原体对10种抗生素耐药率均高于对照组。

Objective To explore pathogen detection and drug sensitivity analysis to urethritis infection of mycoplasma. Methods Drug sensitivity analysis and culture of mycoplasma to 240 healthy volunteers and 200 suspicious urethritis infections of mycoplasma. Results There were 121 patients （60.5%） detected of positive mycoplasma, and the percentages of ureaplasma urealyticum （UU） was 41%. Mycoplasma and UU of control group were of 61.25% and 52.50% respectively. Drug resistance in patient group was higher than that in control group. Drug resistance rate to erythromycin （60.33%） and to ciprofloxacin （53.72%）, ranked the first and second in the patient group. Conclusion There was no significant difference in positive mycoplasma between patient group and control group.
