Synthesis of Novel Polycyclic Indoles by FeCl_3-Catalyzed Nazarov Cyclization of Indole Allylic Alcohols

摘要 以吲哚-2-甲醛和取代苯乙酮为原料,经3步反应合成了10个吲哚烯丙基醇(5a^5j);以Fe Cl3·6H2O为催化剂,二氯甲烷为溶剂,5于40℃经分子内Nazarov环化反应,合成了10个新型稠环吲哚(6a^6j),其结构经1H NMR,13C NMR和HR-ESI-MS表征。 Ten indole allylic alcohols(5a ~ 5j) were obtained by a three-step reaction of indole-2-car- boxaldehyde with substituted acetophenones. Ten novel polyeyelic indoles (6a ~ 6j)were synthesized by Nazarov cyclization of 5 at 40 ℃ , using dichloromethane as solvent and FeCl3 · 6H2O as catalyst. The structures were characterized by 1H NMR, 13C NMR and HR-ESI-MS.
