基于ArcEngine的交通运行监测系统设计与实现

摘要 路网交通运行状况的实时动态监测对交通管理部门实施交通管理及诱导具有重要意义。通过进行道路交通运行监测的需求分析及架构设计,基于ArcEngine开发平台,采用C#.NET语言开发了城市路网交通运行监测系统。结合路网浮动车基础数据,借助ArcEngine强大的空间分析技术,实现浮动车辆的跟踪诱导、路况识别、路况预测及历史分析等功能,促进城市交通管理的可视化、信息化。 Real-time dynamic operation monitoring of road network is of great significance for traffic management departments to implement traffic management and guidance. This study, through requirements analysis and architecture design of the road operation monitoring, developed the program of traffic operation monitoring system in the C#.NET language based on ArcEngine platform. According to the basic vehicle data and powerful spatial analysis techniques of ArcEngine, this study realized functions of probe vehicle tracking and guidance, traffic condition recognition, traffic condition forecasting and historical analysis, which may promote the visual ization and informatization of urban traffic management.
