摘要
高新技术产业作为国际战略性主导产业,对经济增长和产业结构调整具有重要作用。当前,我国正在加快建设创新型国家,而高新技术产业的可持续发展在很大程度上取决于高新技术产业的创新效率。通过建立高新技术产业创新效率的投入产出指标体系,利用DEA交叉模型测算全国30个省份的高新技术产业创新效率,并分析了创新效率的区域变动规律。研究表明:全国绝大多数省份的高新技术产业创新效率在2009—2013年间实现了逐步提升;全国和三大地区的高新技术产业创新效率存在收敛、绝对收敛。最后针对研究结果提出了我国高新技术产业区域协调可持续发展的政策建议。
High technology industry as the international strategic leading industry, plays an important role in economic growth and industrial structure adjustment. At present, our country is speeding up innovative national construction,and the high technology innovation efficiency will largely influence the sustainable development of high technology industry. Through the establishment of high-tech industrial innovation efficiency of input and output index system, using DEA cross model to measure the national high technology industry innovation efficiency in 30 provinces,this paper analyzes the fluctuation rules of regional innovation efficiency. Research shows that in most of the provinces high-tech industry innovation efficiency gradually ascending in 2009-2013; The nation and the three areas of high technology industry innovation exists convergence efficiency and absolute convergence. Finally,based on the results of the study,it put forward suggestions for the sustainable development of regional coordination for hig-tech industry.
