本文遵循客观、独立公正和科学的原则及其一般的公认评估原则，对评估范围内的资产进行了必要的核查与现场调查、询证，查阅了相关文件及资料，根据评估目的及现场资产状况，党参资产的价值类型被定为市场价值。

In this paper, the assessment of assets within the scope were checked out, a field investigation was conducted and confirmed in necessary, following the principle of objective, independent and scientific and generally accepted evaluation principles, reading some relative documents and materials. Based on the evaluation purpose and the status of the field assets, types of value of dangshen assets have been defined as market value.
