摘要
目的分析2014年度广州市海珠区围产儿死亡原因及影响因素,为降低围产儿死亡率提供依据。方法以2014年度围产儿二级结论性评审案例为基本资料,分析围产儿主要死亡原因及相关影响因素。结果⑴近十年我区围产儿死亡率呈下降趋势。⑵2014年度围产儿死亡原因以出生缺陷为主,大部分孕产妇为流动人口,而尸解率仅为10%。结论应进一步提高孕产妇自我保健意识,加强对流动人口的管理,提高院内胎儿监护水平,最大可能降低围产儿死亡率或维持在较低水平。
OBJECTIVE To analysis the causes and factors of perinatal deaths of Guangzhou Haizhu and provide the basis for reducing perinatal mortality. METHODS With perinatal assessment case for basic information in 2014, to investigate the main causes and factors of perinata] deaths. RESULTS （1） The perrinatal mortality of Haizhu was on the decline for nearly 10 years. （2） The main causes of perinatal deaths was birth defects, the majority pregnate women was migrant, however the autopsy rata was only 10%. CONCLU- SION For the purpose of reducing perrinatal mortality and maintaining at a low level, it should further improve maternal self-care awareness and the level of fetal monitoring and strengthen the management of floating population.
