摘要
目的了解近年来庆阳地区新生儿出生缺陷产前筛查及产前诊断情况,为加强二级预防,提高出生人口素质提供有效措施。方法对该地区2008年10月—2014年9月上报的产前筛查、诊断情况年报表,出生缺陷儿报告卡,围产儿数季报表进行统计,并对统计结果进行分析。结果 2008年10月—2014年9月共查出出生缺陷儿2 368例。结论产前筛查和产前诊断是防止缺陷儿出生的有效干预手段,是出生缺陷干预二级预防的重要部分。
OBJECTIVE To know what the purpose of Qingyang People＇ s Hospital in recent years birth defects of prenatal screening and prenatal diagnosis, in order to strengthen the secondary prevention, and provide effective measures to improve birth population quality. METHODS In prenatal screening, diagnosis of report form report CARDS, birth defects and the number of perinatal quarter- ly statistics from October 2008 to September 2014 were analyzed. RESULTS From October 2008 to September 2 368 defects were detected in 2014 cases. CONCLUSION Prenatal screening and prenatal diagnosis was the method to prevent birth defects were effective interventions, which was an important part of secondary prevention of birth defects intervention.
