黄浦区社区糖尿病患者眼病早期预防健康行为调查

Survey on Health Behaviors of Early Prevention for Ocular Complications in Diabetic Patients at Huangpu District Community

目的了解社区糖尿病患者眼病早期预防健康行为情况及其原因。方法以黄浦区截止到2014年年底纳入糖尿病社区管理网络的明确诊断为糖尿病的居民为调查对象,采用自行设计的问卷开展社区糖尿病患者眼病早期预防行为的执行情况及其原因调查。结果本研究共收集调查对象1 595例,其中58.18%的糖尿病患者眼部出现过视力下降等异常现象。当确诊糖尿病时,63.70%的患者从医护人员方面得到了眼部并发症的告知和提醒;36.68%的患者接受了首次眼底检查,没有接受首次眼底检查的主要原因为"觉得没必要"(42.28%)和"不知道要定期检查"(40.59%),32.35%的调查对象接受定期的眼底检查;91.29%的糖尿病患者能按照医嘱服药或打针。结论社区糖尿病患者眼科定期检查行为执行情况较差,且意识淡薄,医务人员并未充分发挥告知宣传的职责。

OBJECTIVE To understand the prevalence of ocular complications in diabetic patients at community level, investigate the performance of health behaviors for early prevention and analyze the reasons, so as to provide the reference and guidance for the planning implementation of diabetic ocular complications early prevention and intervention. METHODS The investigation was carried out in 10 community health service centers of Huangpu District, and the diabetes residents were selected from community network for diabetes management as investigation objects which with a definitive diagnosis of diabetes by the end of 2014. The questionnaire sur- vey was conducted about the performance of health behaviors for early prevention and the reasons, which included the fundus exami- nation, monitoring of blood sugar and blood pressure and so on. RESULTS This survey collected 1 595 valid questionnaires in 10 com- munity health service centers; of which 58.18% diabetes had vision loss and other anomalies with eyes. 63.70% patients obtain the caution and notifying message from medical personnel about the hazard of ocular complications when diabete diagnosed, while only 36.68% patients received fundus examination for the first time, 32.35% received fundus examination regularly. And the result shows among the objects without fundus examination of the first time, the main reasons were ＂don＇t think it＇s necessary＂（42.28%） and ＂I don＇t know I should be inspected regularly＂（40.59%）. In addition, 91.29% diabetic can take medicine or injection according to the doctor＇s advice. CONCLUSION The regular ophthalmic examination has not been recognized and performed preferably among the community diabetics, It was necessary for the authorities of related administrations to perform effective measures.
