右美托咪定术前喷鼻的眼科手术全身麻醉小儿苏醒质量 被引量:6

Effect of preoperative nasal spray of Dexmedetomidine on the analepsia quality in children

摘要 目的探讨右美托咪定(Dexmedetomidine)术前30min喷鼻对眼科小儿丙泊酚(Propofol)全身麻醉手术苏醒期质量的影响。方法90例小儿眼科手术,随机分成3组,每组30例,于术前30min分别给予右美托咪定0.5μg/kg喷鼻(A组)、1.0μg/kg喷鼻(B组)和生理盐水喷鼻(C组)。观察术中丙泊酚用量、苏醒时间及苏醒期并发症。结果A、B两组术中丙泊酚用量明显较C组少(P〈0.05),苏醒时间明显较C组短(P〈0.05),苏醒期并发症明显较C组少(P〈0.05)。A、B两组组内比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论0.5μg/kg右美托咪定术前30min喷鼻能减少术中麻醉药物用量,提高麻醉苏醒质量,安全可行。 Objective To investigate the effects of nasal spray of dexmedetomidine (Dex) 30 min before the ophthalmic surgery on the analepsia quality in children under general anesthesia with propofol. Methods Ninety children undergoing ophthalmic operation were randomly divided into three groups (with 30 cases in each group). Patients in the three groups received nasal spray with Dex 0.5 μg/kg ( group A) , Dex 1. 0 μg /kg (group B ) and saline (group C ) respectively. Propofol dosage, awake time and complications in the recovery period were observed. Results Propofol dosage in group A and B was significantly less than that of group C ( P 〈 0. 05 ), and the recovery time was significantly shorter in group A and group B than that in group C ( P 〈 0. 05 ), and the complications in the recovery period were significantly less than that of group C ( P 〈 0.05 ). There was no statistically significant difference between group A and group B ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion Nasal spray of Dex 0.5 g/kg 30 min before the operation can reduce the dosage of anesthetic medicine during the operation, improve the quality of analepsia, which is safe and feasible.
