湖南省柑橘溃疡病菌gyrB和16S rRNA的扩增和序列分析 被引量:4

摘要 为了解湖南省不同地区柑橘溃疡病菌遗传多样性,从湖南省黔阳、祁阳、衡山、道县、茶陵、永兴、沅江、零陵8个柑橘主产区采集样本,分离病原菌,PCR扩增其gyrB基因和16S rRNA序列,阳性样品送样测序。利用生物信息学软件,将测序结果与GenBank中柑橘溃疡病菌相近的黄单胞杆菌构建系统发生树,对比2个不同序列扩增的分辨率。结果表明,gyr B基因比16S rRNA序列分辨率高;利用gyr B基因除了能分析亲缘较近的外源菌株,还能对同属但是生长地区有异的菌株进行更深入的区分。
