药物洗脱支架置入术后支架边缘再狭窄 被引量:1

摘要 支架置入术是目前治疗冠状动脉严重狭窄性疾病的主要方法。自从2000年药物洗脱支架(drug-eluting stent,DES)首次应用于临床,其治疗冠状动脉狭窄病变的有效性和安全性已在一系列的随机对照试验和临床注册研究中得到证实。然而,支架置入术后远期发生的支架边缘再狭窄依然是临床医师面临的难题。本文就现阶段支架边缘再狭窄的发生机制、影响因素及其与动脉斑块的相关临床意义做一综述。
