摘要
The State Council of China has recently released the first national special plan on standardization, Develop- ment Plan of National Standardization System （2016-2020）, to deploy the promotion and implementation of stan- dardization strategies. The Plan visions that by 2020 China will complete the establishment of its national standardization system which supports the national governance system and governance capability modernization and increases global competitiveness with increasingly effective, advance and applicable Chinese standards for greater contribution to the global community.
