Research on Talent Development of Professional Football Clubs based on SWOT——A Case Study on Hangzhou Greentown Football Club

杭州绿城俱乐部在后备人才培养方面具有文化学习、训练与比赛以及良好环境等优势,但同时存在着"本土"优秀球员严重缺乏、学训矛盾等问题。在当前我国足球发展的大好机遇中,由于球员注册以及其它足球学校的竞争,使得俱乐部的招生难度日益增大。另外,校园足球的蓬勃发展,也给招生工作带来了间接的影响。

This paper analyzed on talent development of Hangzhou Greentown Football Club nearly 5 years based SWOT and expert interviews, the results show： Club had many advantages of talent development in learning, training and competition, as well as enviromment, but there were a serious lack of ＂local＂ talents and the conflicts between learning and training. In the present good opportunities for the development of football in China, the club has more difficulties in enrollment because the player＇s registration and competition of other football schools. In addition, with the development of school football, it has also a negative impact on the club＇s enrollment.
